Start having high protein diet like egg white, soyabeen,paneer, sprouts.u will have to use anti hair fall lotion on scalp and have to start biotin tablets. Also if theres history of recent illness or stress hairfall increases but it normalises after some time.

Hi, Apply Trichup Hair oil to the scalp at night daily and take cap. Trichup 1-0-1 after food for 3 months continuously. Take 1 tsf of Jeevamrutham once a day followed by milk. Avoid frequent head bath. Consume high protein diet.
