Hello doc, I'm 22 years old and I masturbate twice a day, I cannot sleep at night without masturbating, I started masturbating at the age of 6, nobody guided me about masturbation, so I found myself a way to masturbate, which is to rub my penis against the bed when it is not erected and suffocate it till it ejaculates, my sperm gets collected in my foreskin. (Which means I don't need an erection to shoot my sperm) I move my body up and down ,making my penis rub hardly against the bed or on the tiles or somewhere hard surface, and I am still following this method! Because I'm not being able to masturbate using my hands, even my girlfriend cannot make me ejaculate using her hands, but I can shoot my sperms while having sex, and also I had a penis sized almost 7 inches also strong and thick but now it has comparatively become small and the thickness of my penis is reducing.
