I have left chest hand neck jaw pain in standing and during walking but ECG EKG TMT, bp, sugar, normal, now what can I do, can I go for CT angiography or cath angiography to rule out CAD, I am 33 y 65 kg male.

as TMT is also normal, no need for CT angio, but due to your discomfort and if you have some insurance coverage or you can easily afford the money, go ahead get it done, nothing wrong. getting it done after taking loan etc., its not worth it. good luck

It is most likely cervical spondylitis. No need to go for CT angio, consult some neurologist or try acupressure.
