Yes. You have loss of motivation because of repeated failures. You do also have despair. I.e. You have lost hope for success in your subconscious mind. Both lack of motivation & presence of despair have caused loss of interest in studies which further deteriorated your performance on day today basis resulting into a feeling of inability to clear exam even this time eroding your confidence. All these together have resulted into a feeling or state of hopelessness & helplessness which if lasted for longer time results into neurotic or endogenous depression due to permanent changes in receptors of neurotransmitters in brain. Take psychological counseling and psychotherapy for motivation enhancement and removing hopelessness with or without medication.
