I am 25 years of a male my problem is much fat in my body at last 6 mont. A six month ago my body was fit but currently its not fit. Can you give me the idea for wet loss without any side effect.

Kindly follow the following simple steps: 1) Reduce or stop taking rice item for dinner. 2) Avoid noon sleep. 3) Eat as much required for work. 4) Prefer wheat and Ragi products. 5) Keep 90 minute gap between dinner and sleep.
