My son is having cough and dengue for 3 days, yesterday report shows platelet 1.74 lacs, wbc 3.8 thousand, hematocrit 33, neutrophil 81, lymphocytes 12, absolute lymphocytes 456, absolute monocyte 152, AST/SGOT 55. We r controlling temp of 102-103 by paracetamol and water sponges. Pls suggest should we go for blood test today also, only platelet count or else also. Wbc is a concern?
