Hello lybrate-user, lacking protein and most of are full of sugar that make us fat. You have to eat a lot of whole unprocessed foods like oats, vegetables, potato, nuts, chicken breast, lean meat, fishes, eggs, milk, fruits, vegetables, etc Go for running, We should not use weight reduction powder or whatever as they are for comprehensive cycling, exercises, yoga, meditation, etc This is the right pathway to loose weight.

I do not know about this but when you will eat any food product see and read total back and front panel. And read in internet about this product. Because we hv no lab for food testing.
