I am seeking the help for my wife. She is 27 years old and 157 cm height. She is now facing the symptoms of ulcer (previously onwards it is there). The concern is she is less weight (approx 48 kg). How can she achieve a weight of above 50 kg? If you can suggest, it will be a great help for me to sort it out.

You need to avoid certain things in your diet: 1.Avoid oily food .take bland diet 2.Avoid milk and milk products. Ypu can take fresh butter and ghee. 3.Avoid tuvar dal, rava,dosa, whole legumes. Take only mung dal. 4.Take small quantity of meals at frequent intervals. 5.Avoid bakery products, trans fat that is hydrogenated fat, margarines 6.Avoid using burnt oil. You need to take amla murabba, aloe vera juice and omega-3 rich foods.
