I have knocking sound from my knees whenever i move it. suggest ways to overcome this.?

Knocking sounds around your knees. Firstly we need to know your age. If your elderly the sounds can be crepitus and be a part of arthritis. However if you're young it could be just a snapping noise from soft tissue structures around the kneecap. If these noises are not associated with pain you need not worry about it. However to reduce the noise you might need to do exercises to strengthen the knee cap. Clicking noises are due to cartilage tear and might warrant further investigation like mri and usually associated with mechanical symptoms and pain.
