Hi, I am 33 years old male. Recently we had a health check up camp in our office wherein the Bone Densitometry Report says my BMD is 0.443g/cm^2. And T Score is -1.3 which I guess makes me fall in OSTEOPENIA category. Should I start taking calcium tablets? If so then which ones? Also could you tell me if this could be the reason I feel weak hands and causes shoulder dislocation? Please help.
