I am a housewife and do daily chores. I suffer pain in my thigh muscles When I rest. By taking pain killer I feel relieve for some time but then again there is pain in upper thigh muscles. Please help.

apply hot fomentations and volini gel avoid long sitting and standing. do stretching exercise. tk muscle relaxant medicine after food

Avoid long standing Take rest breaks of 5-10min while doing work Avoid bending forward for picking up things from floor; whenever required to pick up something, slightly sit down, bring object near your body then pick it up Do hamstrings & quadriceps stretching Do ankle pumps Go for morning & evening walk Take milk & milk products Take plenty of fluids Before & after exercise apply hot fomentation
