Hello, Your weight is normal but to maintain this weight or to even loose a little weight you need to exercise, if not possible to do exercise try to walk as much as possible, if you travel by cab/bus you can get down one or two stops earlier and get home by walk. Try not to take bike for near by places. Since you are eating infrequent meals try to eat fresh fruit and vegetables than the fried foods and simple easily available refined foods. Drink plenty of water avoid sugars in any form like chocolate, juice, cola even tea and coffee as much as possible and also junk foods. Do not eat in front of TV, Computer etc as you tend to loose count of food intake and consume more calories. Do not sit in a place for more than 1 hour, try to take small walks in between. Do not skip your meals especially your breakfast as you tend to binge when you skip your meals.
