Hello, First of all you need to become active to loose weight, do some form of physical activities like walking, jogging, swimming, yoga or gym which ever feasible for 45 minutes to 1 hour everyday. Drink lots of water Eat more of fruits and vegetables Avoid fatty fried foods and refined and outside foods. Avoid sitting in one place for more then 1 hour Take frequent small walks.
