I am 20 years old and I have a problem from last one year I take all think seriously. I worrying to much about any situation. I do not want to take any medicine how can I come round. And I fell headache some time. What happened with me I can not control my mind. Some time I worry about it that I will face dangerous health problem for over thinking. please help.

Do not take stress. If you find it difficult to cope up with your circumstances, take some time off your busy schedule and spenf\d some time with people you like spending time with. If you think that also doesn't help, go for therapies or to a psychiatrist. Nowadays its very common to lose the peace of your mind. In a therapy you may find a way without any medications.
