hello, Nuts are a good source of protein, fibre and essential fats. Cashewnuts are also good source of mangesium, iron and zinc. You can consume a handful of cashewnuts everyday, if you eat more then you risk consuming too many calories and fat. Take unsalted and unfried cashewnuts, frying them in oil also increases the calorie content without giving any nutritional benefit. Hope this helps you. thank you
