Can someone with single kidney by birth go for gall bladder removal due to gallstones? Is there any complications?

It depends on the health of person. If the gallbladder is inflamed due to stones and other symptoms like pain fever etc is present it needs to be removed otherwise acutely inflammed gallblader may rupture causing complication.
