I am suffering from lower back pain, stiffness, restricted movement of neck, unable to bend forward bcoz of the pain, I visited a rheumatologist last year he diagnosed me with ankylosing spondylitis, I took his medicines for a month, but these symptoms come back once I stop taking the medicines, is there any solution so I can lead my normal life as I am unable to play with my son bcoz of these restricted movement n pain. I have posted this last time Now I have done my Vitamin D and B12 test done results are Vitamin D-- 12.9 B12-- 147 I want to know is my back pain bcoz of low Vit-D & B12.
