My sperm count is 89.6 million n motility is 61? rapid progressive motility is 52? and non progressive is 9? immobility is 39? n normal volume is 3 ml so please tell me is this report is normal n we r trying for children from last 1.5 year n yet not succeed so please help in this what to do, my wifes lower and report is normal n period time is also normal so please help me in this.

Hello- The above criteria is normal and sufficient enough for pregnancy. The only thing missing in the above analysis is Sperm Agglutination test. This test rule out sperm agglutination (sticking of several sperm heads to one another resulting in total immobilization). If the reports are normal as above but agglutination is positive, the person can not conceive pregnancy. So ask for this specific test and share the details.
