Hi lybrate-user as per height and weight your BMI (body mass index) is 22.5. It means that you are healthy now. Reacquired BMI for females is 18.5 to 24.9 for healthy category. You can gain upto 67 kg. But I think so no needs to do anything. For a healthy skin take min 2 lt of water/day will purify your skin, avoid junk foods, cut down your salt, take proper diet. And I would recommend you 2 face packs for instant fairness. 1. Take 2 tablespoons of sandalwood powder and make a paste by adding rosewater in it.
