Sir/Madam, aged 39 years from Tilak Nagar, Delhi. I am an accountant Weight 72 kg. Height 5.8" I am suffering from Negative thoughts, mood swings. For this I have taken Fluvo for six months (Nov'15 to May'16). It helped me lot but due to Lever Abscess in June 16 I have to stopped the medicine. Now from last one month I again feeling depressed.

kindly take manas mitra vatakam of SKM sidhaa, 2 tabs twice a day after meals with luke warm water. Take powder of ashwagandha, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk empty stomach, twice a day. Avoid cold water, cold eatables in your diet. Go for brisk walk in the morning for at least 30 mins, regularly. Make sure your sleep 7 to 8 hrs at night regularly. Continue then regime for 2 months. Stay in touch. Good luck.
