hello...both things are important for loosing body fat..1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercises preferable brisk walking and 2nd its taking healthy nutritive diet... drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning .. maximum intake of water and green tea.. include fruits and vegetables.. dinner it should be light maximum till 8pm..
