I am 22 year old male. I am having pain in my shoulders. I thought I might had overtrain myself so I took a week off from gym. After going for just one day tha pain is back. What should I do as I do not want to loose all the progress I have made.

While working out proper angulation is important, better use machines instead of barbell and dumbbells. And relearn how to make a movement in proper direction to avoid injury. After two weeks try with barbell and dumbbells with same direction of movements.
