Sir, my age is 23 my weight is62 kg. I am fade up with my increasing tummy I started drinking lemon water in morning and in night from one week but no results have been seen yet should I continue or suggest me some other corrective measures to overcome with the problem.

Hi lybrate-user, only lemon water is not sufficient to loose weight, just try to cut outside foods/ fried foods & junk foods. Take small & frequent meal (2 major meals & 2-3 small meals). Take more & more fiber in the form of fruits |& vegetables. Drink sufficient water (10-12 glasses of water) Do not take heavy dinner. And most important thing is your physical activity. Try to do atleast 40 minutes workout running, jogging, brisk walk, teadmill, swimming whateaver you like.

Drinking only lemon water will not do magic on your weight I would suggest you do brisk walk for 45 minutest to one hour, or do some form of physical exercise do burn the calorie intake.
