I have started skipping exercise to increase height as doctors suggested me But the problem is I can skip only for 2-3 days after that my legs start paining an I can not do it for next 1 week and also I do not eat properly I also get tired very soon and my legs start paining if I walk continuously for a while I also have back pains I feel like an unhealthy person I do not get proper sleep also what should I do to increase my height I am 20 years female btw.

Hello , Usually after age of 18-20, height will not change. But in some cases exercise can increase height to some extent. So continue it. Tiredness and leg pain are mostly because of nutritional deficiency. You have to take proper nutritional food according to your age, activities and constitution. Then you can do exercise or any other activities without any trouble.
