Hiii doctor I have problem of allergy rhinitis as my doctor mentioned. I also told me to feel and find out the exact cause/allergen which trigger this allergy Now I have observed a new experience. As I used to do gym work out daily and doing it since last 4 yrs. But bcz of this allergy problems and body weakness, I quit going gym since last six months. BUT in between whenever I go to gym and do some exercise .this prblm begins. Runny & stuffy nose again Is there could be relation between gym exercise and so called allergy rhinitis.
