Its good to think but too much thinking and confusion is not good for your mental as well as physical health. Meditation will help you to learn how to release thoughts. Jut spend 15 to 20 min meditating every morning. Some yoga therapy is also helpful if you can do. Practice daily some breathing yoga like anulaom volom, bhramari. They are not called stress: overthinking and confusion m ay be because of stress or may be the cause of stress. You are on medication to reduce stress so you need to work with a counselor too, and identify where this started and treat the same over a period of time. The combination is ideal for a good resolution. It is not enough to give these symptoms a name. It is vitally important to get the right therapy for them and resolve the problem.
