First of all start medicine. You don't need to panic. You have purchased tread mill that's good, now use it for 35-40 min daily within a range of 6-8 km/hr speed. You can increase if you feel comfortable. Diabetes and high blood pressure comes to everyone at some point in life as they are age related and lifestyle changes, the best part is that good medicines are available to manage them. Cut down sweet, fried, oily, potato, rice, alcohol, and bakery items. Eat simple food, get sometime to relax, get good sleep and Diabetes won't bother you and will remain in control. Go for periodic check ups as suggested by your doctor.

Hello, Suffering from diabetes doesn't claim that you need to run/walk on the treadmill. The idea is to have any sort of physical activity for at least 40 mins to your routine for managing blood sugar and also help you lose weight. My advise would be avoid running on the treadmill, and first start walking with gradual increase in the intensity once you develop stamina. Sometimes, if the body is untrained it might just lead to over exertion which might not help you. The more gradual to go towards the speed of any workouts the more better results you get.

Hello, 1) I am assuming you had your blood tests done recently. Have you been diagnosed as diabetic patient before or are these tests the first time you got them done? 2) if you have not been diagnosed with diabetes before, then your results show that you are in Pre-diabetes stage. If you are previous diabetic patient then these results are borderline normal. 3) For pre-diabetes the management is brought lifestyle changes. A) you are overweight. You mentioned you are 5.1 feet in height. Your ideal weight should be about 55-56 kgs. B) To lose weight you need to eat less and exercise more. You can do any cardiovascular exercises like jogging, running, fast walking, swimming, cycling etc. So treadmill is good. You have to exercise at least 45 minutes everyday, at least 5 days of the week. Start slow and gradually increase the duration and intensity of exercise. C) follow a good diet- to lose weight. Eat plenty of vegetables, whole grains, pulses, milk, fruits like apple, pears, mosambi, small bowl of watermelon, musk melon etc. Avoid fatty food, deep fried food, junk food like bajjis, burger, pizzas etc, avoid sweets and sugary stuff. D) follow the above for 3 months and then get your blood glucose checked again. Do continue your lifestyle changes even after your blood glucose returns back to normal level. Ihopebthis helps you. I wish you all the best. Thank you.
