Hello, there is no specific time to get recovery. It depends on person to person, severity of symptoms, treatment receiving and compliance with treatment. Usually once patient start medications for OCD it starts working in 3-4 weeks. If patients gets additional psychological therapies along with medications then recovery would be more faster.
