I eat 14 egg whites (2 full included) each day, seven in morning and 7 in evening to maintain my protein intake. I am thinking to increase the intake after 15 days to 20 a day. My question is that is it ok to have this much eggs everyday? Although I do not have any problem at all.

Dear lybrateuser, -Egg white is a good source of protein with less calories -instead of increasing its intake further it is better to obtain your protein requirement from other dietary sources like milk & milk products, non-veg like seafood , chicken(non-veg food is a good source of vit B12 which is lacking in other sources of protein) , beans, soya products, nuts & seeds -a variety of protein rich food will provide you with more essential nutrients than egg white alone & help in keeping your mind & body fit.
