Hi, Proteins are of two types -first class found in animal products which are used well by the body like -Milk and its products like curd,paneer,cheese etc. Second class proteins are found in plant based products like Pulses,Legumes,Beans especially Soyabean which is considered very rich in proteins. Sprouting is a natural way of increasing the protein content.Also combination of cereals and pulses like in Khichadi and dal rice/Roti gives good amount of proteins.
