Regularly I spent my 2 hours on exercise for a lean body but I'm get too much tired after exercise and I also want to increase my exercise time but my energy level is almost down after 1 hour during exercise. I also reduce my diet and leave oily and high calories food and start eating fruits and vegetables. But still i'm feeling weakness, so I start using isolate protein whey (product name :- humabolic iso 100) I take its one scoop with a glass of water before the half an hour of exercise, it gives an excellent result to me but after using it 4-5 days, there are some acne on my face and I have doubt that the cause of these acne is the whey protein. Please tell me any solution how to prevent these pimples.

Please change the whey protein brand, go for Optimum Nutrition or ISO Pure. That protein may have steroids which can lead to acne.

Hello, Timing is equally important for exercise. Its not how much time you give but also the quality of workouts which are done. May be the exercise done is not giving away positive results. Whey protein is the most commonly used supplement, but it's action get ineffective if not taken with balanced diet. Serving only on fruits and vegetables won't help you. A proper proportion of carbohydrates, proteins and even fats are important to keep you fit and lean. Drink plenty of water, and you might be right by saying acne could be because of the supplement. Clean eating is important, not eating less.
