Hello lybrate-user, ideally your weight should be between 71- 73 KGS, so Minimum target of weight reduction should be 15 KGS. To reduce weight in healthy way there should be correct combination of balanced diet, water intake and exercise/ Yoga. You should reduce 500 to 700 grams of weight every week so in one month you should keep target of 2.5 KGS. Fast weight reduction damages the body metabolism.
