I know am also normal men on before 2009, after that I don't what's happened in mine I have no sperm in premature ejaculation even in night sleeps. And I got married on 2012 still this issue happen even in sex with my wife. Actually what is the problem in mine and what are treatment needs to improve my sexual health. Please advise! am really worried about this.

If I were your treating doctor I suggest one tablet of tetrafol plus after meal twice daily for two months and one tablet tentex forte daily at night with a cup of milk for 4 weeks. There are some natural lifestyle measures which help to improve blood flow to penis and overall sexual performance. - The most important factor is healthy heart. Blood is pumped in to body by heart.
