Weakness due to breast feeding is normal. To reduce the weakness eat frequent meals atleast 5-6 times in the day. Avoid unnecessary stress. Have a well balanced diet consisting of good quality proteins such as curd paneer eggs chicken or fish. You can also do some yoga and Meditation to help you relax.

1. Eat at least 2-3 fruits per day, like apple/banana/papaya/melons. 2. Take 15 almonds/cashew daily. 3. Drink lots of water. Drink Nimbu Pani 2 times a day. 4. Try to get 6-7 hours of sleep every day. Even if it is not continuous. 5. Try to sleep an hour during day. 6. Try to do breathing exercises 7. Listen to music. 8. Take support of your family members to look after baby. 9. Go for 30 mins walk in a nearby park. 10. Be cheerful, looking after baby at this stage is very tough and tiring, just keep at time. Very soon s/he will be big and you can relax.
