Dear Dr. My brother is athlete actually. With hard muscles. He has well shaped body, he does exercise regularly. I don't know what but some tiny ball shaped things arise over their hands in 5 to 6 numbers, may be they can be fat material. We can feel it by grabbing .sir may I know what it can be.
