First of all, you need to withdraw smoking at any cost in order to reduce your asthma attacks. Kindly use warm water for drinking purpose. Avoid cold water bath, ice creams, keeping scalp wet. Avoid eating sour fruits. Curds should not be taken at night. Banana is to be avoided in cold conditions. Avoid early morning exposure to cold wind. Use scarf, etc to cover ears while driving. Add ginger, garlic in your all diets.
