Since you have been at it for 14 years, you should never take it as a hurdle to being fitter and better. To improve your health you can take more proteins. Add fast walk and yoga to your exercise routine. Try to do 5 sets of Surya Namaskar daily. After every week add one additional set. Drink lots of water and take fruits like Apple and Papaya. Take about 10-15 almonds every day. Reduce sugars or refined carbs if any. Improve your health bit and bit and you can stay fit forever.
