I feel like my testicles have become shorter in size. I do not feel any pain or something, but I can feel that they have become shorter in size. What should I do? And please mention whether it is serious or not. Thankyou.

It's your illusion. There is no illness where testicles become shorter. Even if they are short, there is no worry if they are functional, i.e. Making sperms and hormone - testosterone. You can remove your illusion by getting ultrasound done with estimation of correct size of them, sperm count in semen and measurement of testosterone in blood.
