Hi I'm 28 years old girl from delhi. I'm having upper n mid side back pain in right side only. Pain is like a pressure .anytime it's high anytime it's mild I can't control it. Dis pain started as front side rib pain in chest in august 22 2015. Dis pain moves so much from ribs it shift to mid back pain then it's shift to neck area and after dat upper back right side n it's in right side mid back n in upper. I tried many treatments any terpy bt ntg works it's like dis pain is something which no doctor can get the cause. Its been more then a year I'm suffering from it. My whole routine crashed just sitting in room n waiting to get cure of dis pain. Can anyone help. Can anyone tell wht causing dis pain? Can anyone tell wht is cure of dis pain. Really I'm looking for help? I hv insulin resistance issue as well my Dr. said my pancreas not functioning properly. hormonal imbalance is also my issue. Sitting on chair lying in bed also difficult.In morning stiffness start and then convert into pain and whole day be like dis. Help me.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
