Hi, I am 23 years old. I have been suffering with pimples and dark spots since 3 months and I am keeping my diet in control by avoiding oil foods and non veg but still i'm suffering with big pimples some times pimple blowing out with lots of Blood and pus. Please suggest me any soap or cream to get rid of these big pimples and dark spots.
