I am some what slim and very height. I want to build little fat and healthy body by natural methods or by food. What are the best methods? Or which is best food?

Do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet. Don't drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include egg fish and chicken in your diet. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. You can consult me privately online on Lybrate I will give you diet chart.
