I am suffering from diabetes for the last 5 years, I take regular medicine,(Amaryl 2 mg, Galvusmet 50/1000), My fasting sugar remains in the range of 110-120 and PP is 170-200. Sometimes it exceeds 200. I am not obese, Also I take Ecosprin AV 75. I feel pain in my joints and fatigued. I take normal diet. Kindly suggest me Ayurvedic remedy. The Net is full of advertisement, but their authencity is not known. With regards

Need to lower carbohydrate in diet and do one hour exercise Glucose control is not very bad.
