I have belly fat which I want to reduce. I would like to know some good medicines and also a proper healthy diet plan? I go gym regularly but no result. I have heavy dieting habit. I eat lot of non veg out side in hotels or road side. I do not walk a lot. My weight lifting stamina has also reduced to 5 kg in gym so please suggest something to gain weight lifting stamina as well.
