How should I reduce my weight as I am not eating so much even though m walking n running also then also my weight is increasing and is creating problem for me please suggest me something so that I can be in shape again.

It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight. Hello Lybrate user -- Just walking and running will not help you to reduce weight. You have to see what you are eating, how much and when and most importantly your lifestyle. Increase your proteins, especially in the morning. Limit your carbs and give stress on fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid fizzy drinks and fruit juices, instead drink veg. Juice. Eat lots of salads -- this will provide fibre and keep you full for a longer time. Do not take proteins at night and have your breakfast within 1/2 hr. Of getting up. Always have curd in lunch.
