i'm 32 years old. I'm a social drinker (alcohol). I started drinking alcohol when I was in college and now i'm drinking every 15 days. But before a year I was drinking too much say weekly 4-5 times and I used to drink a lot every time. Now for the past 6 months I reduced and having it every 15 days once. Now the day I drink i'm not able to sleep properly i.e i'm not getting the deep sleep and next day I feel the lack of sleep. Now i'm trying to reduce my weight since my tummy is getting bigger and bigger which i'm not able to even going to gym or jogging. I have not taken any test to check my liver status but I feel that my liver is not functioning properly because i'm not able to reduce weight no matter what I do. I'm thinking of having himalaya's liv52 for a month to help my liver to clean up itself quitting the habit of drinking. I cannot quit completely due to my business meeting in regular intervals but can take a break for not drinking. I now need advice on how to take the medication and for how long so that I can fix up my meeting plans and send someone to attend instead for some period. Kindly guide.
