Maintain the following tips: Take energy rich healthy foods.(Brown rice, soy products, oats,almonds, quinoa,animal protein egg white, chicken/fish, milk and milk products, fruits specially apples/banana and vegetables) Eat small amout at a time bt frequently. Drink more water. Avoid cigarette smoking, caffeine, alcohol and tobacco and illegal drugs. Regular moderate exercise. Do the medical tests (TC, DC,TOTAL HB, BLOOD SUGAR ONLY FASTING). Check Blood Pressure also.
