Please do a ECG to rule out any heart related issue with you. If the ECG is normal then need not fear. Please take Rhustox 30 twice daily for some days.

Hi, The pain in your left hand and arm is most possibly not due to your thyroid problem. Pain in arm/hand can be due to following reasons: 1) Radiculopathy- it means something is compressing the nerve supplying your arm. This could be due to disc prolapse in your neck / cervical rib etc. 2) Lesion in your shoulder joint: Rotator cuff injuries 3) Tendinitis - inflammation of tendons. Eg: Tennis elbow, Golfers elbow 4) Carpal Tunnel syndrome 5) Sprain of muscles of your arm 6) Sometimes angina (classically occurs with chest pain) can occur in patient only as arm pain. So in summary, I would advise you to see a orthopaedic doctor to get your problem diagnosed. Kindly also consult a physician to check if you are suffering with angina and also get a ECG done. Hope this helps you. Thank you.
