Hi lybrate-user The best way to lose weight is ; -Start regular exercise for 1 hour like yoga, walking,aerobics etc -Avoid out side junk food. -Reduce the amount of carbohydrates and sugar from your diet like rotis nd chawal and have more of sabzi nd daals. -drink plenty of water 3-4 L/daily -have 2-3 cups of green tea -have a heavy breakfast nd lightest dinner which is early around 8-8 :30 - If weight gain is due to some problem like thyroid, diabetes etc then get it treated by a homoeopathic doctor.
