Adivse from myside. Gradually reduce the limit of your alchol intake. And one dsy better stop taking it. Alchol addiction will effect the quality of life. Aap alchol chodna shuru karna hai. Aur nindh ke liye khabhi bhi pills maath lena. Ek bar aap alchol stop karne ki baad aap apne aap tik hojayega. Thankyou.

In the end, we don't want to end up in a situation where you are addicted both alcohol as well as sleep medicines. Depending upon the amount and regularity if drinking, we may have to give medicines to tide over the withdrawal symptoms including sleep, but also many other issues. But I strongly suggest that this must be done under strict medical supervision and certainly not on your own. Some of the things that you can do on your own are getting blood tests like hemogram, LFT, RFT, electrolytes, RBS, vitamin B12 levels and thyroid profile. I also suggest that you can start tablet thiamine (TIM 100) as it is quite safe and beneficial. But other interventions must be done after proper evaluation, so please meet your local expert.
