Since few week I am not having proper sleep. Max days I don't sleep even trying hard to get sleep. As a result I don't feel active throughout the day. Nothing is going right. please help me to overcome this problem.

Avoid smoking or tobacco .Do not consume caffeinated beverages ,tea, coffee after 4 pm. What is your occupation. Adv Councelling, consultation. Investigations for further guidelines. Take one glass of warm milk one hr. Before sleep. Massage top of head before sleep. Do not sit idle walk and exercise. God bless you.
